Cancellation & Refund Policy

As Valhalla Lanes operates on a pre-booked basis, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or amendments to bookings. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided where less than 48 hours’ notice is given.

Where a cancellation is made with the required notice, any refund issued will be provided in the form of a voucher to the equivalent monetary value of the original booking. Vouchers may be redeemed against a future booking at Valhalla Lanes on a date and time convenient to you, subject to availability.

All vouchers are valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of issue.
This policy is necessary due to the operational and staffing costs incurred in preparing and reserving the venue for pre-booked sessions.
